Its characteristics: the mold does not need to be sawed; the rubber formulation can reduce or eliminate the internal release agent; avoid the use of silicone, silicone oil, soap and other external release agent, eradicate the surface contamination of the molded product; avoid the flow of the release agent Hazard, increase rubber bonding strength; avoid mold cleaning fluid and cleaning glue, avoid environmental pollution, protect workers’ health; automatic demoulding, exempt molded products from artificially checking deformation factors, increase cost rate; reduce demoulding, clean mold Time, reduce labor intensity, increase productivity; high temperature resistance, long-term use temperature 260 ° C; service life of 10,000 times, can be repeated and re-coated.

2 Rubber glazing Due to the mold cavity or rubber compound formula, the surface of the product is dull and dull, and rubber glazing can be used. The polish formulation is exemplified as follows: 15 parts of alkyd resin; 8 parts of terpene amide resin; 100 parts of benzene.

Process: The alkyd resin and the trimeramine resin are added to the benzene according to the above formula ratio, and the solution is dissolved for use (generally at least for more than half a month). When glazing, first heat the product, then immerse it in the above solution for about 10s, remove it with cotton balls, and then dry it in an oven at 80~90 °C for about 2 hours to cure the coated resin. Stick it.
